| In theory, if time travel were actually possible, one could only travel as far back into the past as when the time traveling device was created. I'd explain the physics behind it, but it would probably make your head cave in. |

| There is absolutly no reason why you could not go back in time past when you built the time machine. However, Time travel is not possible with our current level of physics, and even if we discovered a way to go forward in time we could never go back in time. the reason is because to go forward in time you would have to travel at the speed of light and as we know due to Einsteins theory of relativity that is impossible. Even if you could go back in time why would you want to? There are too many variables to deal with and you could end up making millions of people never existing if you go far enough back, besides its not like you could make yourself the next Bill Gates or anything.... |
