Can you get an STD from kissing someone?
Yeah, stupid. You can get a sexually-transmitted disease from kissing. Ever since the Supreme Court ruling in 1974, kissing is sex. Of course, since 1998, oral sex isn't sex. But kissing surely is.
It's theoretically possible to get an STD from kissing. Of course, you'd more or less have to both be bleeding heavily through the mouth. So it'd be kinda nasty kissing anyway.
